HR HELP DESK
Our HR Help Desk is a cost-effective advice and template document service for clients who just want telephone and email access to the HR advice team and access to the Document Library.
What you get:
• Our team will provide advice and support by telephone and by email.
• The client can either self-service and access the letters from the Document Library themselves or one of our advisors can provide them with the relevant templates after giving you advice.
• We will advise on how to manage the HR process and the client then manages the process themselves.
• We will talk the client through any HR issues, providing guidance and the relevant standard letters and flow charts.
• We will check completed letters and documents from our library if the client sends them back to us for checking before sending it out to their employee.
What is not included as part of this package:
• We don’t provide employment contracts or keep employment contracts up to date.
• We don’t provide policies or a staff handbook.
• We don’t deal directly with employees on a client’s behalf.
• We don’t prepare bespoke emails, letters or documents.
