We are on a mission to create and build a nation of businesses who embrace the Good Employer Values.
The Good Employment Movement is a community led membership organisation for aspirational employers looking for peer to peer learning, sharing and resources.
It can be lonely as the leader of an organisation, regardless of the size of the organisation.
The Good Employer Movement is here to help with ordinary and extraordinary people management related things that pop out to challenge you when you are at the helm.
What is the Good Employer Podcast?
The Good Employer Podcast is part of Good Employer Movement.
It is a podcast for leaders and managers. The purpose of the podcast is to create a safe environment for peer to peer learning, growth and development.
In each episode Emma will be chatting to the leader of an organisation or a leadership and people expert to find out how to navigate people related challenges.
The podcast guests share their stories about some of the brilliant things they have achieved and possibly to also share some stories some of a few of the mishaps along the way.
