Stress is something we all struggle with in the modern world, but how would it be if we could learn to master our stress so that we can achieve fulfilment and flow in our lives? In this interactive workshop we will discover how to focus on positive stress to help us to achieve our goals. We will:
- Discuss what causes stress and how you react to it
- Understand the three different types of stress and their impact on you physically and mentally
- Identify what to do to take control of your stressors
- Find out how to have more positive stress in your life and achieve Flow
This workshop is a great opportunity for you to challenge how you deal with stress and put some actions in place to achieve more flow.
