Emma del Torto Nominated in Two Categories in the Enterprise Nation Top 50 Advisors
We are very proud and pleased to announce that our Managing Director, Emma del Torto, has been shortlisted as one of the top 50 small business advisors in the UK by Enterprise Nation.
Not only has she been leading the EffectiveHRM team in navigating employment law and HR during the global pandemic and advising our own client base, she has also been actively involved in providing additional support to small businesses nationally through the Enterprise Nation support network.
She has been running monthly meet ups for Enterprise Nation Head’s Up campaign, to make sure that business owners could switch their networking on-line and keep chatting to their peers through their struggles and successes.
She also provided all of HR content and recordings for the Amazon Small Business Accelerator (which is free for everyone to access via this LINK).
She has taken part in lots of expert panel discussions to provide HR expertise, advice and answer questions to those just starting out as employers.
