Lorraine joined the Effective-HRM Advisory Team in September 2026 as an HR Advisor, bringing experience across a diverse range of sectors including housing, social care, manufacturing, and accountancy/fintech. She is passionate about supporting businesses and employees alike, with expertise in managing and resolving a wide variety of HR matters.
Holding a degree in International Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Lorraine combines strong academic knowledge with practical HR experience. She is also a trained Mental Health First Aider, reflecting her commitment to employee wellbeing and workplace support.
Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys watching a good box set, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
