Lauren is qualified to CIPD Level 3 in HR Practice and has previous HR Experience in the Hospitality sector, prior to joining Effective HRM in November 2021.
Having worked in the hospitality sector for 9 years Lauren is big on customer service and people relations, in her spare time she enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
Lauren is currently undertaking her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management, to further develop her HR Knowledge.
