Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2005 having completed her LLB at Swansea University and Diploma in Legal Practice at Cardiff University.

Nine years working as an employment law solicitor gave Claire the perfect grounding to become an HR Business Partner. Claire partners with clients to navigate the complexities of the employment life cycle, fostering positive and productive workplace environments.

Drawing upon extensive experience, Claire provides advice on a wide range of HR matters including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, restructuring and redundancy processes. Claire also has extensive experience drafting contracts, handbooks, policies and procedure and settlement agreements.

Claire is a trusted adviser and clients value her ability to provide clear and practical advice. Claire is adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, offering a supportive and collaborative partnership to achieve their HR objectives.

Claire really does love her work and is driven by a commitment to fair and equitable workplace practices. Outside of work, Claire is at her happiest when spending time with family and friends.
