Beth joined Effective HRM in March 2025 as an HR Administrator, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in administration and 5 years of HR administration experience. Holding a BA Hons Degree in Business Studies, Beth has worked across various busy office sectors, developing a strong foundation in organisational processes and effective team coordination.
Passionate about advancing her HR knowledge, Beth plans to work towards becoming CIPD Level 5 qualified, with a view to moving into an HR Advisor role within EffectiveHRM in the future.
Outside of her professional life, Beth is a dedicated mother, balancing her career with an active role as Team Manager for her son’s local rugby team and fully supporting her daughter in ballroom and Latin dancing. A lover of music, Beth is a big fan of Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac.
