What is this for?
Your business has an immediate need for some HR advice and you have a problem to solve.
Who is it for?
This package is for business owners, managers or decision makers in the organisation. It is especially useful if you do not have a dedicated HR person in your organisation and you also think that you don’t need one of our HR retainers at this stage.
What does it give you?
You will get access to a qualified HR advisor and will get up to 2.5 hours of our support, advice and assistance to help you to resolve and solve your problem.
- You have an employee off sick and you are not sure what to do or
- You think you might need to make some redundancies and you need to understand the process and how to do this or
- An employee has done something serious and you need to take disciplinary action or
- An employee might have lodged a grievance and you need some help with that
What happens next?
Once you have purchased the Problem Solver Bundle we will contact you via email or telephone to make an arrangement to speak with you over the telephone or via Zoom / Microsoft Teams. It is likely that you will need to send some documentation, copies of contracts or handbooks so that we can provide comprehensive advice.
If you could have the documentation ready to send over by email ahead of the first contact call, that would be really helpful to the HR advisor.
