Lizzie joined EffectiveHRM in May 2025 as a Senior HR Advisor having worked in various HR teams in retail, higher education and the care industry. She holds an intermediate level CIPD qualification and has extensive experience in people practices and employee relations.
Lizzie has experience in coaching and guiding managers to build strong relationships and facilitate open communication to achieve the best outcomes. She is committed to delivering high quality HR advice empowering managers to apply best practice, foster engaged cultures and drive commercial values.
Outside of work Lizzie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors walking and hiking, and looking after her animals.
