Having started out as an Operational Manager running restaurants and hotels, Lucy became a Trainer and moved into HR management.

Following a career spanning holiday resorts, cruise ships, luxury hotels and latterly multi-site food retail, and armed with a desire to support and add value to customer facing organisations, Lucy left the corporate world in 2016.

Lucy specialises in recruitment, engagement and management development within customer focused businesses, with a particular passion for hospitality. She utilises hands on high volume operational management experience with a pragmatic and people focused HR and L&D approach.

As Vice Chair of the Institute of Hospitality, West of England branch, Lucy is passionate about learning and development and promoting the sector as a great place to work. 

Outside of this, she enjoys travels and adventures with her husband and teen daughter, walks with her loveable labradoodle and musicals!
